Classical massage
Classical massage is the most common and well-known type of massage. It combines traditional massage techniques such as stroking, rubbing and kneading. The massage relaxes the muscles, improves blood circulation and accelerates the removal of waste products of metabolism. Furthermore, it relaxes and improves the mood. It also has a soothing effect on swelling, eliminates ailments in case of rheumatic diseases, supports the body in case of poor circulatory efficiency.
Relaxation massage
Relaxation massage is a variation of the classical massage. It focuses on reducing muscle tension, relaxing the whole body, eliminating pain in the back, neck, neck, or shoulders, improving circulation and lymph flow and emotional tranquility of the person being massaged.
Its main purpose is to improve the psychosomatic state of the person being massaged by relaxing the body and mind, calming and eliminating the effects of stress and fatigue in the body.
Deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage is also called deep massage. The purpose of a deep tissue massage is to influence the state of the muscles – to relieve and relax them and to increase the fluidity of movement. Deep tissue massage is a form of soft tissue therapy. It eliminates tensions and restrictions in the musculoskeletal system and thus restores balance in the deeper layers of the connective tissue. It improves blood circulation in tissues, restores proper posture, eliminates muscle-fascia trigger points, increases tissue flexibility, increases joint mobility.
